The role

The impact of alcohol on the workplace can be significant but not always acknowledged – greater absenteeism, lower productivity, unsafe working conditions to name a few.

Drinkaware’s Workplace Wellbeing Programme launched in 2017 in response to demand from businesses seeking to provide their employees with the facts about alcohol and its impact on health and wellbeing, so that they can make informed decisions about their drinking. The programme is an important revenue channel for Drinkaware, and includes a range of options tailored for workplaces including facilitated workshops, information stands and thematic intranet content.

Based on our initial positive feedback, Drinkaware is keen to expand our workplace programme nationwide and build its effectiveness in contributing to our vision of an Ireland where alcohol is not misused. To lead this, we are seeking a dynamic, driven, self-starting individual to take on the role of Workplace Wellbeing Programme Coordinator on a part-time (3 days per week) basis.
